Welcome to Zorquellis Vantrexo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the user") and Zorquellis Vantrexo ("we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of the website zorquellis-vantrexo.com (the "Site") together with any related software, content and services we provide. By visiting the Site or creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Zorquellis Vantrexo provides an automated trading interface that connects users with third-party brokerage partners. We do not act as a broker, custodian or financial adviser. Order execution, settlement, custody of funds and reporting are handled by the brokerage partner under its own regulatory framework. Any account funded through the platform is held with that partner, not with us.
To use the platform you must register an account and provide certain information about yourself. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, for all activity that takes place under your account and for notifying us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts where we detect security concerns, suspicious activity or violations of these Terms.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site, circumvent security measures, scrape or harvest data without permission, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the platform to launder funds or commit fraud. We reserve the right to investigate suspected breaches and to cooperate with law-enforcement authorities.
Trading in foreign exchange, contracts for difference and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. The value of digital assets can move sharply in either direction and you may lose all of the funds you commit. Leverage, where available through the brokerage partner, can amplify both profits and losses. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
The platform's signals, models and analytics are decision-support tools; they are not guarantees, recommendations or personal investment advice. You alone are responsible for the trades placed in your account and for understanding the implications of those trades. If you are unsure whether trading is appropriate for you, consult a licensed financial professional before proceeding.
Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, and no content should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which our principal place of business is located, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that province, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
